Once an order has been shipped out and a tracking number has been sent, Aliahcouture is no longer in possession or has the authority over the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will have to contact the mail carrier (USPS/ UPS / FedEx) for more info about your package. Please make sure to check if your address is entered correctly when ordering.
