Once the order has been packaged and the shipping label is printed, we do not allow any refunds or exchanges. Once an order is mailed out, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. Once orders are mailed out, we are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.
